Shipping & returns

Delivery

We deliver across the Czech Republic and the EU. The shipping cost and delivery time for your country are shown at checkout. Watches in stock usually ship within 3 business days of payment, and you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the watch, without giving a reason. Let us know at info@rivuswatch.com and send the watch back within 14 days, complete with its certificate. Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend sending it insured. Watches made to your specification cannot be returned.

Warranty and service

The warranty is 24 months. It does not cover the strap, normal wear or water damage, as Rivus watches are not designed for contact with water. We recommend a service every 3–5 years; after the warranty we service watches based on a quote.
